This day, we travel on a Tangier exploration before heading to Chefchaouen for the
night. Our first stop includes visiting the American Legation, the first US government
building located beyond its borders, followed by a stroll through the historic medina. Next,
we venture to the enigmatic Hercules Cave at Cape Spartel. Afterward, we journey to
Chefchaouen, the renowned “Blue Pearl” of Morocco. We’ll ascend to the Spanish church
for a panoramic view of the city and a mesmerizing sunset. Eventually, we’ll escort you to
your lodgings. A day filled with exciting excursions and stunning sights awaits!

On day three of our 9-day Morocco itinerary, we explore Chefchaouen before retiring to
Fes for the night. Our day begins with a leisurely stroll through Chefchaouen’s enchanting
blue streets. We continue to the Kasbah Museum, the city’s inaugural structure, offering
insights into its history. A visit to Ras El Ma waterfalls follows, leading us to the vibrant
square of Wetat Lhmam for tea and local entertainment. In the afternoon, we set out for
Fes, where you’ll stay in a charming traditional Riad hotel for the night. A day of immersive
excursions awaits!

On this day, our journey takes us to Fes, the first capital and an imperial city of Morocco, steeped in culture and history. There’s an array of remarkable experiences awaiting us. Our day commences with a visit to Bab Boujloud, the splendid 11th-century gateway to Fes El Bali the ancient part of the city. We’ll then meander through its narrow streets, exploring the Bou Inania and Attarine Madrassas, both treasures of Moroccan architecture  Al-Karaouiyne, the world’s oldest university, is our next stop before we venture to the renowned Chouara Tannery, one of Fes’s three historical tanneries. Continuing our excursion, we’ll visit the King’s palace, renowned for its seven magnificent golden gates, and ascend to the Borj Nord for a panoramic view of the city’s enchanting landscape. A leisurely stroll in the serene Garden of Sbil awaits us. To unwind, you have the option to indulge in a traditional hot sauna (Hamam) or a soothing massage in the late afternoon. A day rich in exploration and relaxation lies ahead in Fes.

Our journey continues from Fes to the mesmerizing Sahara Desert in Merzouga, and
there’s a lot to explore along the way. We’ll commence our adventure with a visit to Ifrane,
often dubbed the “Little Switzerland of Morocco.” Here, we’ll pause briefly to admire the
Atlas Lion statue, a remarkable sculpture crafted by a German prisoner to pay homage to
the extinct Atlas lion of the nearby forest. Next, we’ll venture into the Cedar Forest at
Azrou, where a stopover will allow us to encounter the Barbary Macaque monkeys, also
known as magots or apes.
Our route will then take us through Midelt, a town often referred to as the “City of Apples.”
Depending on timing, we may halt for a delightful lunch. Continuing on, we’ll pass through
the Talghomt mountain pass, making our way to the Errachidia Dam, a vital water source
for the Sahara region. We’ll also make a brief stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking
the Ziz Valley, renowned for its abundant date palm trees. This valley serves as one of
Morocco’s primary sources of succulent date fruits, celebrated annually with an
international festival in Erfoud each October.
As we pass through Arfoud, you’ll have the opportunity to sample Magdol dates, and if
you’re intrigued by the region’s mineral fossils, we can arrange a stop at one of the local
museums. Our journey concludes in Merzouga, where we’ll ensure your comfort at one of

Following breakfast, our journey continues along yet another track once traversed by the historic Paris-Dakar Rally. Along the way, we'll have the unique opportunity to visit desert nomads, engaging in tea sessions and gaining valuable insights into their way of life. Our exploration extends to an oasis, a scenic backdrop for films such as "Sahara," featuring Penélope Cruz. Additionally, we'll visit the town of Khamlia, home to inhabitants originally from Mali, treating us to a special concert of enchanting Gnawa music.

Returning to the hostel, an exciting adventure awaits as a caravan of camels will be ready to transport us to the heart of the desert. Arriving just in time to witness a breathtaking sunset, we'll marvel at the ever-changing hues of the sand dunes in Erg Chebbi. Your overnight stay will be in a desert camp, offering a true taste of Berber life. Settle into a nomad tent and be greeted with a traditional Moroccan mint tea and a delightful Berber dinner.

As the night unfolds, your nomad hosts will invite you to experience the rhythm of Berber drumming, singing, and dancing around the campfire.

Following an enchanting night in our desert tents, our dedicated driver will be ready to
greet you upon your return from your camel trek. Your journey continues with a
picturesque drive towards Boumaln Dades, taking you through the awe-inspiring  landscapes of Todgha Gorges, a natural wonder. Along the way, we’ll also pass by an
ancient irrigation system featuring wells that nourish the quaint Fazna oasis.
Arriving at Todgha Gorges, you’ll have the opportunity to embark on a guided hour-long
walk through this majestic canyon, which boasts towering cliffs that reach an astounding
300 meters in height, with a meandering river carving through the rock. It’s a truly aweinspiring sight.
We’ll then make our way to the stunning Dades Gorges, where we’ll pause at two
remarkable locations. Our first stop brings us to the “Monkey Toes,” a collection of
mountains uniquely sculpted by wind and rain to resemble the fingers of a colossal
monkey.
Continuing our journey, we’ll venture along the challenging curves of Tissdrine, a location
that once served as the backdrop for a Cadillac car advertisement due to its breathtaking
vistas and treacherous bends. Your overnight stay will be in a cozy hotel or traditional Riad
nestled amid the captivating canyons.

Our adventure commences in Dades, and as we navigate through the enchanting Rose Valley, we offer an optional stop for those intrigued by the region’s renowned rose-based products. From there, we’ll progress towards the cinematic city of Ouarzazate, a hub of Moroccan cinema production. In Ouarzazate, our excursion takes a cinematic twist as we visit the Oscar Atlas Studio, where we’ll unveil the magic behind the creation of numerous films filmed in the remarkable Kasbahs of Ait Benhaddou and Taourirt. These include cinematic masterpieces such as “The Gladiator” and “Lawrence of Arabia.” Later in the afternoon, our voyage ventures into the Atlas Mountains. Our journey will include a pause at the mountain’s apex, providing breathtaking views from an altitude of 2260 meters. Additionally, for those interested in procuring argan oil, we’ll make a brief visit to an argan oil cooperative. Finally, our day concludes with our arrival in Marrakech, where we’ll promptly escort you to your selected accommodation. referred to as the “Red City.” As you embark on a day filled with exploration, we’ll guide
you through the city’s iconic attractions that have captivated tourists for years.
Our journey commences in the morning, where we’ll introduce you to the grandeur of the
Koutoubia Mosque, Marrakech’s largest and most revered place of worship. Next, we’ll
whisk you away to the Majorelle Garden, a lush oasis infused with the artistic touch of the
renowned French artist.
The Palace of Bahia and the Menara Garden are next on our itinerary, providing you with
a glimpse into the opulent history of the city. Following this, we’ll make our way to the
vibrant Jemaa El Fna Square, a hub of captivating activities, including mesmerizing snake
charmers and engaging street performances known as “Halka.”
Depending on the time available, we may explore additional gems, such as the King’s
Palace. Our day of discovery will conclude as we escort you to your chosen
